All sales are final

Every Job Search Pass is a one-time payment for 30 days of access, at the price shown on its page, and it never renews. Because the recruiter list opens as soon as you pay, passes are non-refundable once purchased, including upgrades.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, email hello@cvforward.com from the address on your account and we will correct it.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you have under the consumer laws of the country you live in. Payments are sold by Jobszera LLC, which operates CVForward, or by our payment partner acting as reseller.
