CVForward is operated by Jobszera LLC (Wyoming, USA), which is responsible for the personal data described here.
Job seekers
We store your name, email, password (hashed by our authentication provider) and purchase history. Payments are handled by our payment partner; we never see your card details. We don't share your details with recruiters or sell them to anyone.
At sign-up we ask which country you live in, and we record the country your internet connection comes from. We use these to decide which regions you can access and to prevent misuse. Your country of residence can only be changed by contacting us.
Your CV
If you upload a CV, we store it privately with the answers you give (where you want to work, your field, level, experience, notice period and right to work). We use it only to personalise your job search on CVForward. It is never shared with recruiters or anyone else without your permission. You can replace or delete it at any time from your dashboard, and we delete stored CVs 12 months after your last pass ends.
Security and misuse
We log which recruiter emails each account reveals and how often pages are requested, to stop automated copying of the list. Each account can be signed in on one device at a time.
Recruiters listed
We list business contact details of recruitment professionals, taken from their public professional profiles and company information, so candidates can contact them about roles. Any recruiter can ask to be removed through our opt-out form, and we act within 7 days.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and secure. Our security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) may process technical information to tell people from bots.
